Glad Academics is an education community partner that provides academic enrichment services to K-12 schools and districts, as well as colleges and government entities. We emphasize STEM education and college and career readiness via college tour experiences. Founded in 2019, Glad Academics is a minority and small business enterprise dedicated to providing an academic advantage (not mere exposure), especially to under-resourced communities.

With a background in public school teaching, nonprofit mentorship, and engineering, Ryan’s tailored approach builds a sustainable alliance as a community partner. Ryan’s engaging and relatable approach, unique ability to break down complex concepts, and passion for seizing mentorship moments help students and educators develop the skills and motivation for college and career success. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Divinity, and Education, and is committed to helping schools move beyond exposure toward mastery and long-term success.
