Ryan Tolan, Principal Educator at Glad Academics, collaborates with schools and districts to deliver multidisciplinary programs that strengthen academic outcomes through project-based learning, leadership development, and educator training. With a background in public school teaching, nonprofit mentorship, and engineering, Ryan’s tailored approach builds a sustainable alliance as a community partner. Ryan’s engaging and relatable approach, unique ability to break down complex concepts, and passion for seizing mentorship moments help students and educators develop the skills and motivation for college and career success. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Divinity, and Education, and is committed to helping schools move beyond exposure toward mastery and long-term success.
